1984 mercury 50 hp carb air intake

2-stroke. Hi all so recently posted about spark plugs but I realized another issue. The top carb had a strong suction as the bottom I can barely feel any. Compression 120 all cylinders and passed spark plug test. Starts fine seems to idle fine. Pretty much just got boat few months ago not sure about any carb rebuild or maintenance on boat

Might have an Air Leak on the lower Induction System. At what speed are you testing for Airflow/Suction?
