I am restoring a 1984 Ski Supreme that came with a PCM engine. It is a 5.8L, 351W Ford-based engine. It is currently painted a gold-ish color. It also shows some signs of a silver paint on the block. And...there is even Ford blue paint showing through in spots on the oil pan (which may have been replaced?).
Question is...does anyone know what color these PCM engines were in 1984? Or - did each boat builder squirt them whatever color they wanted to?
I am trying to put the boat back close to original... Thanks for any input.
