1985 15 HP Evinrude any good?

Looking at a clean 1985 15 HP evinrude. Are these motors any good. The guy asking about $650. Thanks in advance.

A very good design when new. What condition it is in now is anybody's guess. Best to have a mechanic check it out before buying it if you're not qualified to do so. If the seller balks at that, walk away from it.
