Hey everyone...I just recently purchased a boat that has been sitting for 2+ years under a tree (uncovered) and definitely needs some work. It came with an 85 Evinrude 40 VRO on it. The engine looks good, but before I try try to fire it up I have a couple questions:<br /><br />1. What is the gas/oil mix for this engine?<br /><br />2. What steps (other then squirting some WD-40 in the chambers) should I take before I fire it up for the first time?<br /><br />Any help is greatly appreciated!
