1985 Evinrude 70 bogs down while running

Starts good and will come up to WOT. After running for 10 or 15 minutes it will bog down to around 2000 RPM's. Feels like it is not running on all cylinders. Then it will take off and run fine. Checked for loose wire etc. and found nothing. Fuel lines are new and pumping the bulb makes no difference.

Sounds like your carb jets might be getting clogged intermittently. Do you have a fuel filter installed on your fuel line?

You have two jets on each carb. You can take off the plug and gently poke a paper clip in hole to clear out the jets.
