Either the float is set a bit too high or the carb is flooding.
Install new carb kits to all carbs as they are all the same age. You would hate to do one and in a short time have a problem with another.
A fuel pump rebuild kit is not a bad idea either.
While on the subject of maintenance, how old is the water pump impeller and fuel hoses?
Plan ahead and have a long, trouble free boating season this year.
