Disconnect the spark killer wire at the switchboxes. It is the black/yellow one. If spark returns, investigate why it is grounded (bad wiring, bad ign switch, bad kill switch). If spark doesn't return, go on the CDIElectronics web site and look up the ign troubleshooting procedure for that motor.
