1985 Tohatsu M30A2 thermostat?

i need a thermostat for my tohatsu motor. i boats doesn't carry it. anyone know where I can get one? also water not coming out of peehole tube. any suggestions why?

Probablly pee hole is obstructed with debris, squirt some W-40 up hole, let penetrate, run a wire same gauge as hole or blow compressed air into pee hole, Pvanv or TG should provide a proper answer for thermostat issue. Probably same as current M30A4 ?

Water pump kit and most parts for the ancient 30A2 are NLA. Is the stat stuck open or closed?
