1986 175HP BLACK MAX???

I Just bought a Bass Boat with a 175 Black Max. It has only been run 3 times this year and possibly 3 times last year. <br /><br />When the engine idles for a long period of time (2 to 3 Minutes)It will not take off when ready to go. But when you squeeze the Primer Bubble one time it takes off and never causes another problem.<br /><br />It the Bubble bad or Jell built up in Carb. from not running or WHAT????

sounds like its sucking air check all the fuel lines to see if any are loose hope this helps
