1986 Bayliner Capri 2.3 SOHC Volvo Penta Need Help

[Starkboard]

I have two problems:

1. My I/O drive raises and lowers fine when the boat is not under power. When I attempt to trim it out under power, it will not raise. If I raise it at idle and then increase throttle, it drops. I can't force it down manually, though. Any suggestions?

2. While the boat was parked in my yard with the cover on, someone threw a large rock that smashed out the starboard front side window and damaged the frame. Any suggestion on where to find a replacement?
