1986 Bayliner Trophy. Is there a line fuse in the ciricuits? Tried to start it this year and it wouldnt start ( there was power at this time). Put the charger on it and went out to try and start it the next day and no power anywhere to the engine or panel. Checked what fuses I could find and all are good. Any help would be appreciated.
Batteries are fully charged.
