We are close to purchasing a 1986 Catalina 426 (gas mercs 454's 1100 hrs), had a survey and the only two negatives were elevated moisture in bilge separater plywood and a few tiny blisters in the hull. Does anyone know of problems specific to this year and model ? any feedback from Catalina owners would be greatly appreciated.
