I made the mistake of running with the lock engaged, and I ran into some rocks (minor nicks on prop and skeg). The impact forced the 2 locking "claws" off of the trim bar.
Now, they do not lock, so when in reverse, the motor lifts itself out of the water.
Inspecting them, I don't see anything bent or broken (according to crowley parts blow-up).
Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
My Seloc manual doesn't appear to have repair instructions on this system.
