1986 Evinrude XP150 Bogs on take off

My XP150 stalls and bogs when I take off from idle on my 18' bass boat. Top end is fine, once I get going. Engine and carbs recently rebuilt. Any suggestions on causes for low end bog? It's extremely annoying.

Mine '91 XP150 did the same thing. Was not annoying enough for me to spend $$$$ on, though. Good luck.
