1986 Force 85 HP No Power

The problem is narrowed down to no spark on the bottom cylinder. Bought a spark tester, top and mid cylinder would jump about a 1/4" spark. Top cylinder almost started the engine and the middle did (with all the plugs disconnected) but no spark on the bottom. I changed between 2 extra coils that I had with no luck. Both CD units have two outputs, I swapped outputs on the one going to the bottom plug, still no luck. Should the next step be to swap the CD units around and see if the spark problem changes location????? I am open to all ideas, thanks a million in advance...

Hey reppondj good to see you got boat out. I still have my problem but now I need a new starter mine is frozen in engaged position. I got mine fired but kept backfiring. Still switching aroung to get runnin without backfire, waht a nightmare!

I had the same problem on mine. The problem I had was the wiring diagram is wrong in the book. I marked TDC for every cylinder on the flywheel and used a timing light to figure out the firing order.
