None of the gauges on this boat worked when I bought it. With help from the iboats forum I have the volt and tach meters working. The trim harness has 4 wires. The blue, green and red (all with white stripes) that go to the trim switches and they work fine. The black with tan stripe was not connected. I followed my manual and connected it to the ?G? on the trim gauge. I ran the trim up & down and there was no movement on the gauge. How do I test for gauge or signal problems? Also I have a single wire (white with maroon stripe) from the engine to the temp gauge but it doesn?t work. I am trying to find out how to check for the signal to determine if the gauge, senders, or the connections are wrong or bad. Any help would be appreciated.
