I am unable to remove my 1986 johnson 150's lower unit. I have removed the shift pin, no easy job. I have also removed all the bolts I can find on the lower unit. Then I tapped, pounded and pulled on the lower unit it has not budged. Also this motor has some sort of aftermarket lower unit extension on it. This is all being done because I believe the shaft or shaft entension is stripped. No forward or reverse just a metallic sound in the shaft.<br /><br />Thanks
