1986 Kevlar w/150HP evin would it fit a Ballistic wheel?

I just got a 25"pitch Ballistic wheel that I want to try on my oldie Hydra Bass Boat with V6 evinrude 150HP...Would you think it would work...? How much speed should I expect...Any one has tried before...?

I would think that something like a Turbo Lightning would be a better choice.
