I have a 1986 Larson DC-215 Cruiser and am having steering problems. The steering has locked up twice on me in the last 2 months. What steering system is used on this boat? It is powered by 3.7 liter mercruiser, 190hp and has an alpha 1 outdrive. I suspect that the steering cable needs to be replaced.
