1986 Mariner 60hp only running on one cylinder.

This thing ran fine last week, went for a ride and it would only run on the middle cylinder. The coils checked out fine and the wires look fine. Im thinking it must be the switch box or the pick up under the flywheel. Any ideas?

Switchbox or the pick up under the flywheel.

You will need to buy or build a DVA meter and get the factory service book and check.

You could swap out the Sw Box and see if that fixes it, but it went bad and maybe something made it go bad so a new one may go bad too. Best is to do proper diagnostics.
