.I have a 115 merc tower of power inline.. carbs just got back from shop cleaned and rebuilt and compression is 90psi on all cylinders. new primer bulb. idles fine and will go to almost 2000rpms and just cut in and out every couple of seconds . you can feel it pushing the boat kicking when it kicks in. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thinking switchbox breaking under load down but I really don't have a clue.
