1986 merc 150

i have a 86 merc 150 that only has power in reverse. in forward i can only get it up to 10 mph is there a clutch or something that could of went bad in my lower unit please help me i need to go fishing

well the only two things i can think of is the prop hub going bad. Can you put it in gear and turn the prop still

just had prop redone works great in reverse
