1986 Merc 175 Outboard question

Hey all, I'm looking at buying a 19' bass boat with a 1986 175 horse Merc installed on it. The engine is dead in the water with two dead cylinders. The guy has the heads torn off and says it needs two cylinder sleeves installed. How hard of a job is this? Do they have to be pressed in? Or are they wet sleeves that install easily? I work as an auto service tech, so I'm pretty adept at engine work and have experience in the past with replacing wet sleeves in an old tractor as well as dry sleeves in a different old tractor.

Anything to look out for on these engines?
