1986 merc 260, 350 - manual?

I just picked up a sea ray sundancer 268 (1986). It has a merc 260, does anyone have an online link for the manual? Im not at boat currently and I want to change oil tomorrow, here is my ignorance. ....I dont remember seeing an oil fill anywhere other than two spots over the heads on each side of motor. Is that where to fill? Either side?

Both valve covers drain to the base/ oil pan,....
