1986 (?) Performance Plus Magnum 150

I THINK this is the boat I have. The year is what I'm really interested in. There is a metal placard on the inside of the boat that has Performance Plus Magnum 150 out of Mississippi. The company is either closed or not listed on yellowbook.com. I'm curious to find info and possibly literature on the boat, just cause I want it. I'm also assuming Magnum 150 denotes a 15 ft. interior measurement, considering the boat is 16 ft. in overall length?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
