1986 Sea Ray 300 Throttle/Shift Controls

Hi everyone,
First time posting, let me know if I'm in the wrong category.
We have a 1986 Sea Ray 300 and the port throttle/shift lever gear teeth are worn down to where we can not shift the port motor.
I have been searching for a replacement control box but no luck so far. I found a parts diagram from the 1989 model but when I search for that part I can not find any information. Can anyone point in a good direction on either a factory replacement or aftermarket universal application? Thank ya'll for reading.

Welcome aboard, we have no idea what you're working on. Might have better luck in the steering and controls section anyway. Whatever it is, you'd probably have better luck with an aftermarket unit. @GA_Boater , think this would do better elsewhere?

Any luck with a replacement? I'm also looking for a replacement for my 1986 Searay but for a single engine. Hard to tell what will work; web searches keep turning up lots of obsolete, no longer available alternatives. Or controls for outboards.
