The motor ran fine just 2 weeks ago , the motor is cranking , there is a spark in all 6 cyl , there is gas in all 3 carbs , new spark plugs , new 91 gas with 50:1 oil mixture , choke seems to work fine , any ideas?

Have you sprayed some pre mix into each carb then tried starting it.

It's finally started , not sure what was wrong , I realized that spark plugs were dry , I was ready to remove the carbs and clean them , I was very upset and pumped the bulb really hard that I never do and then it started !
I think may be the carbs floats were stack...

What is the right way to adjust carbs (air/fuel proportion) on this motor?
It still doesn't start very well , I think may be the carbs are not synched or too lean

Not sure if it's the same on an 87, but on mine it's a screw right next to the carb, top right of the housing. (when you're eye level with the carb) CCW is richer, CW is leaner

Probably more to do with the priming and choking/enrichening. I would check the output of the enrichener. Disconnect the output hose from the intake and put it in to a suitable container. Prime the bulb hard and engage the choke. Note how much gas comes out. Should get about half an ounce at least.

Had a simular problem.
water in the fuel tank and weak battery.
trying to burn out the bad fuel.
will add dry gas adative to get the water out.
