Hi everyone.

I took the kid out tubing the other day,and seems to bog down on turns.. Seems to go ok straight ahead, and i know turns can slow it down, but seems to bog down.. Starts hard, and dies unless i put it in gear right away, alot too. Going full speed is ok for awhile, then i have to let up on the throttle a tad..

I did a carb clean,and new plugs,and no difference.
Could it be timing?Where is the timing screw? On top of one of the carbs?

Seems 1/2 throttle it runs pretty smooth..
Any ideas?
Thanks everyone :)

Timing: IF??? nobody has touched it?? then it shouldn't need adjustment.
Do a compression and a spark test.
Post the results.

Check the overheat system and see if it's working?? sounds like it might be getting hot?

Bogging on turns: when starting the turn lower the drive to compensate for lost forward thrust.

The screws on the carb are NOT timing screws.
They are air/fuel mixture screws.
They control the a/f mix at idle.
If you haven't touched them? then leave them alone.
1 screw out of adjustment can lead to engine failure.

Check the fuel for water?
