1987 35 h.p. mercury miss fire

Hello, I have a 1987 35 hp mercury outboard, I can run it for about 5 minutes or inlet i shut it off. But after that it wont stay running for more then 30 seconds. Then it seems like one of the cylinders misses and a big puff of grey smoke will come out and will stall out. Loses all fuel pressure after this, and doesn't want to start back up. I've replaced the spark plugs, coils, wires, carburetor has been rebuilt, fuel lines are all new. Any thoughts?

Has diaphragm in fuel pump been looked at ?-----------Tested running with another tank and hose ?
