recently purchased motor and noticed small yellow hose off bottom of crankcse. Not sure what it is . Seems to have vacuum.

Your picture is very obscure !----Where on the crankcase ???----That could very well be for water pressure to a gauge.----More pictures needed.-----I could figure it out if motor was 2 feet away !
