Help, again....... On some of my previous requests with great responses, I was advised to buy a fuel pump rebuild kit, but this is showing as been out of stock on iboats. Is there anywhere else i could source this? I'm not near the boat so searching for serial numbers, etc is also not an option

Also, I recently had the impeller changed and i notice even at high revs on plane the water is Little more than spitting out, and out of one vent only, is this normal?

Where can I source a workshop manual for this motor, I looked on iboats and the suggestion was SELOC?

Great forum and thanks for all your guidance and suggestions so far.

boats.net has diagrams and parts.
Some people like Clymer better than Seloc.I do.But the factory manual is the best.Thay can be found.Try the Mercury site.
Most of the water exits through the exhaust snout. It also gos the path of least resistance. No idea why the water goes out one hole not two.J

You can find pump kits and manuals on ebay (thats where I got mine) I have both a clymers and factory service manual, and the latter is definitly better - more specific, but clymer is good. I use both.

Maybe one of the holes is clogged, try carefully poking inside but careful not to damage anything.
