1987 85hp force tilt cylinder

I have a 1987 85hp Force model number 858V7A. On the power trim and tilt, the tilt cylinder slips when the outboard is fully raised. When I take the transom saver off, the outboard slowly comes down. Looking for parts (possibly check valves) to fix this problem. Need help finding parts. The trim cylinder is still working fine.
