1987 Celebrity 19ft Cuddy Cabin

Hi all, new to the forum and frankly to boating. I recently purchased a 1987 celebrity 19ft cuddy cabin with the 4.3l mercruiser. Boat needs some cleaning but for the deal I got on the boat trailer combo I couldn't say no, my question I have is about getting it going since it was put away about 3 years back, I was told it was winterized when put away. One other big question was the location of the fuel tank in the boat because if the gauge works correctly I have a half tank and it's definitely not good anymore and need to pump it out. Any help would be appreciated at this point. Thanks !!!

Welcome aboard! First get some pics up, photo bucket or cut/paste. Your questions seem to cover boat repairs and another forum we have specific to motors. Check out and post there for motor topics. Pics help cause in most forums like this one a member may very well have the same motor.
