Depends on what is in your shop / tool box.---Remove it and replace it.--That fitting was used on many motors too.--might have to machine that fitting.----Drill it for a small thread.----install a stud with a wee hole in it.------Or plug it and plug the hose.-----Motor will start with 4 cylinders getting extra fuel for start up.----Your choice.
Thanks guys. I tried to remove it. I did not want to force it too much. So, reinstalled and actually did not plug the nipple so it is open. I plugged the end of the fuel line from choke. Seems to run fine. Prob needs to be addressed though.
