Hi, just a quick question about the needle bearing installation on the small end of the connecting rod. The original needle bearings have a cage that holds them in place. The bearings that come with this rebuild kit have 33 needle bearings and two metal washers with a shoulder on one side. My question is which way should the washers face? Should the flat side of the washer face the needle bearings? Thankyou for your help.....Bob
