1987 Evinrude 30hp electric start , no spark on either cylinder
turns over, enrichment circut works (elec choke) all wires are plugged in no broken or cracked wires. correct spark plugs with correct gap. The coils are not cracked and appear to be good.
My questions are
1: what kind of resistance should i see in the coils when testing with an ohm meter?
2: I suspect the power pack is bad and the culprit, How do I know its bad.
3:Is there a cutout switch that is under the flywheel that could be my problem.
