Where is the low speed adjustment on the carbs on a 1987 40 hp Evinrude VRO. Looking at the carbs at the top there is a small screw with a pin hole in the center that when blocked as well as blocking the two side air intakes on the throat of the carb it will start to stall. When the screw is loosened while running the motor will also start to stall.<br /><br />Thanks,<br />minstral
