Well after a while of looking at a fair amount of boats I've landed on this jewel of a craft. A 1987 Glastron 19' deck boat. It's pretty well rotted out but I think I can get it restored over the next year or so. The story on the boat is that the transom was rotted and leaking. The owner thought he would tackle the project but lost interest pretty quickly. My goal for now is to replace the transom, put it back together and run it for the summer. This winter if I think I like the boat I'll do a total gutting and restore of the stringers and floor. Now all I gotta do is learn about I/O's. This will be my first.

Very unique hull you've got there. I'd be interested to see some interior pics. Aren't the stringers attached to the transom? That could make replacing one before the other a challenge.
