Help help please, just can't figure it out on this motor, I put a kit in the carb, I checked fuel pump and its
Pumping ok, it has good spark, I checked the tank its vented, the ball gets hard and pushes fuel all
The way to carb, no leaks in lines, it will only start when I close the butterfly a little by giving it a little
Fuel, with the linkage, I can keep it running real slow by working the linkage as it try to die,
Cannot get it to rev up at all, acutually seems like it could be flooding, I also bypassed this thing with
The red know on it , which the fuel also goes through and still does the same thing, I stumped can anyone
Help me , tks Dave

What is the compression? Have you checked the flywheel key? This should be in the johnson/evinrude column
