Buzzer sounds continuously when ket is turned to start position. This is on a cold engine, stays on while running. Tried to track down the overheat sensor ant it's nowhere. Looked on the head, tried tracing wires, but nothing. Anyone know if this engine originally had one ?
The engine started out as an autoblend oil mix model that was previously removed.
One thing I did find is that the yellow wire from the engine harness was cut/taped by harness plug. I believe that was for the autoblend.
Trying to rundown any possible shorts or grounded wires, but what other system/part could cause the buzzer in the controller (Yamaha 703)?
