Have a motor condition that is stuck.Question is, would the starter cause the engine to be stuck?Stater solenoid does not click,bendix appears not to move.As a test I bypassed the slave solenoid,with a jumper wire,to the starter plus terminal.Got a good spark,same condition,starter does nothing.I am using a brand new fully charged battery.Crank pulley will not turn,stuck condition,Boat has not been used in 5 yrs,stored in my garage,winterized.Any ideas?
