Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. New to boating so some of my terminology may be off ...... after a spring start up I noticed that after running for 5-10 mins with the ear muffs smoke began coming from behind the engine (exhaust riser/ bellows) area and I could hear a popping sound from the same location. Thought maybe this was because of idling with the garden hose .... anyway got it out in the water and the same thing happened while warming up. Took it out and after about 2-3 mins at half throttle I was overheating out of the resevior cap and overflow recovery. After cool down I started it up and seems to run great but gets hot quick. Stuck thermostat? Impellar?
