I changed impeller as earlier owner over heated the motor. Motor was leaking water near top spark plug hole. I put new gasket and its not leaking there. Fires up with lots of compression. I checked water jacket plug and water there. Water is not making it through to the tattle tale. I blew into it and not plugged. Any suggestions.
