1987 Rinker 250 Fiesta Vee thoughts?

going to look at a 1987 Rinker 250 this week. the motor was just rebuilt over the winter but a local boat shop. anything special i should look for? pics look good so far. they are selling for health reasons and docked it at the same marina we are looking to dock at

Too little info to go on boatman. If you've not seen THIS before, it's the best place to start. Depending on how much you're spending a survey might be in order on a 25'er like that.

28 year old boat is your major factor. Typically, boat of this age have some issues. Balance those issues with the asking price.

talked to the guy that built the motor. it was done before last season but very little time on it last year. the gimbal bearing needs replaced. he said about $150 for that. other than that the boat shop guy (where the boat was winterized and stored and still sits) said the boat was pretty solid. they are asking $8000. i haven't seen it in person yet. it is still shrink wrapped.
