Guys I have it all apart and I can see someone before me did to.

I think im missing parts.

I have four B/B three large and one small
I have two springs one large and one small

Now the info I have is telling me I need 3 springs two large one small
and three B/B Two larg and one small True Or False

Now the pic I have shows the springs and the B/B but not the third large B/B I dont know where this came from. If some has a pic or info can you please send it to this email bella8075@aol.com or reply back

Also Is there a place to get just one spring from or is this a dead end road

Thanks Shawn

Re: 1987 trim pump missing parts

there are at least eight variations of that pump. look at the valve body you have and then closely examine your pictures. You will see that the unit in picture has two bypass valve seats and yours only has one. Examine your lower casting and you'll see that the hydraulic circuit for missing bypass valve isn't even drilled ... there are no fluid channels leading into or out of the missing bypass valve. That's your missing parts.

If you lose a part then you won't be able to fix it unless you have an inventory of spares to cannabilize. And if you do get a different spring then you'll need to reshim or re-adjust the pressure settings. So ... don't lose any parts.
