I recently purchased a 1987 Wellcraft Antigua. The person I got it from, bought it at auction with a blown motor. He put a rebuilt in and it runs like a new boat. However, he never used any of the plumbing and is clueless as to its operation. I have the owners manual but it references things but doesn't show location. Example, it mentions shut off and drainage for plumbing without stating where they are. The pump works and I can get the sink going. As for the head, no water is getting there. It seems as though the flush and Macerator don't work but not sure as there is no water getting there. The hose to the holding take was disconnected so I believe that perhaps at some point winterization was done. I hope this is the case as I don't know how to trace the plumping to the head. Also, I've never had a boat like this. Is the fuse panel behind the dash?

welcome aboard.

your nearly 40 year old welcraft will most likely need all new plumbing, a new macerator, and unfortunately, since the boat was built with a lot of plywood in the structure..... new stringers and transom.

Goodness, I hope you're not right. I just used it for 4 days straight. My first trip was over 30 miles. It performed like a new boat. There are no soft spots on any of the floors. I didn't press along the bottom to see if that was soft.
