1988 115hp Merc, water comming out around spark plug

I have noticed that my motor was not running as well as it should so I took the cover off, put muffs on and cranked it up to shoot carb cleaner into the carbs. I noticed that there is water comming out around the top spark plug. Is this and easy repair for someone with limited mechanics skills? What parts might I need to purchase for the repairs?

I just want to add to my previous question.
Will I hurt my engine if I keep funning it the way it is until I get it repaired?

this could be a couple of things, none of them good, Im afraid. something you can do is take the spark plug out and have someone turn the prop by hand while looking in the plug hole with a flashlight. Is there water in that hole? if so, all the above. If not, maybe the jacket is cracked near the plug? I dont know, but water coming out of any part of your engine other than the telltale and exaust isnt good, and it will hurt the engine to keep running it until you get it fixed/looked at.
