I have a 1988 150 XP evenrude outboard it has had the vro removed so I’m replacing it with straight fuel pump. It has no fire on plugs and the shift and throttle were taken apart and some of it is missing so I’m replacing it with a new control box and a new steering system. When that’s all finished I’ll work on the spark problem if anyone has any ideas about this problem please let me know thanks
