Re: 1988 180 horizon windshield
I have a 1990 180 Horizon that I lost a vent window on last summer when the vent handle snapped off and the vent window flew off and sunk to the bottom of the lake. I called Four Winns and they were able to track down the part # out of their archive. I then called Marine Glass Specialties in Florida. He has all of the old Water Bonnet CAD drawings, not only for the glass but also the frame that held the glass in. It did take a few weeks (he said he was short-staffed) and was a bit on the pricey side ($300+ for the window + shipping), but the parts were a perfect fit and he's most likely the only guy in the US who can make glass for older boats like ours that used Water Bonnet glass. I did send him pictures of the remaining vent window just to be sure we were on the same page. He then sent me the factory CAD drawings so I could verify before approving the manufacturing of the new glass & doling out those big bucks. Now my boat's 100% again! I highly recommend this company.
