Hey guys I need some help. I bought a 1988 stratos with a 200hp evinrude. When I try to run it it will start up and idle ok after it shuts off a few times. After about the forth time it will run. When I try to give it throttle it wont do much. You have to hold it wide open for about 5min then it it will take off and do great until you back throttle down to idle then same deal. Anybody know what might be the problem?
